Always read the label and follow direction of use.
1. Take the brush out of the lid and dip it into the cream eyeliner, using the jar's edge to wipe off excess.
2. Use gentle, tiny strokes to apply eyeliner along the lash line.
3. Increase intensity until the right level is reached.
4. Smudge eyeliner down the upper and lower lash lines and blend it out for a smokey eye appearance.
TIP: You can also use it as a base for eyeshadow to create pigments.
