Do not administer to children under 6 years of age.
Do not give to children between 6-11 years of age unless under the advice of a medical practitioner or pharacist.
Consult a doctor or pharmacist if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or likely to become pregnant.
For allergies: Adults and children over 12 years take 1-2 tablets (as a single dose) two to three times daily.
For travel sickness: Adults and children over 12 years take 1-2 tablets to be taken the night before travel and repeated after 6 to 8 hours on the following day if required.
For nausea and vomiting: Children 6-12 years take one 10mg tablet every 4 to 6 hours to a maximum daily dose of two 10mg tablets.
