3.3 We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Orders placed before price changes may be subject to cancellation.

4. Points Accumulation Program

4.1 Earning Points: Customers earn 1 point per $1 spent before tax and after discounts.

4.1.1 Claiming Rewards: Each point can be claimed at a return rate of 1.5% of its value, allowing customers to receive rewards based on their accumulated points.

4.2 Eligible Purchases: Certain items, such as gift cards, regulated items and fees, may not qualify for points.

4.3 Tracking: Points are updated regularly and can be viewed through customer accounts.

4.4 Redemption: Points can be used for discounts or free products as outlined in our Rewards Program.

4.5 Expiration: Points expire 12 months after issuance if not redeemed.

4.6 Non-Transferability: Points cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

4.7 Program Changes: We may modify or terminate the program at any time, with notice provided via email or our website.

4.8 Fraudulent Activity: Any misuse of the program may result in account termination and forfeiture of points.

5. Product Descriptions

5.1 We strive for accuracy in product descriptions but do not guarantee complete accuracy.

6. Orders and Payments

6.1 Orders are available to adults over 18 years old.

6.2 Availability is subject to stock levels, and we do not guarantee continued availability.

6.3 All prices are in AUD and include GST.

6.4 Shipping and handling fees are calculated at checkout.

6.5 Customers must provide accurate contact and payment details.

6.6 Orders are accepted or rejected within seven days. If no response is given within this time, the order is considered rejected.

6.7 Orders may take up to 7 business days to dispatch. We will notify customers of delays.

6.8 Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted.

6.9 Ownership of the products transfers to the customer once full payment has been received. However, responsibility for loss or damage shifts to the customer upon dispatch from our facility.

6.10 If we are unable to supply a product after accepting an order, we will notify the customer as soon as possible and provide a full refund.

6.11 Promotions and discounts are subject to additional terms.

6.12 Click & Collect Service: The minimum purchase amount for the click and collect service is $40 or greater. Orders below this amount will not be eligible for click and collect.

7. Order Cancellations

7.1 If a product is listed with incorrect pricing or descriptions, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

7.2 Click & Collect Orders: Orders will be available within 5 business days and must be collected within 30 days. Uncollected orders will be cancelled and refunded.

7.3 Orders requiring consultation will be cancelled if no response is received within 30 days.

8. Returns and Refunds

8.1 Customers must check orders upon delivery and report any issues within 30 days (7 days for damaged/incorrect items).

8.2 Refunds are processed at our discretion and may take 2-3 business days.

8.3 Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.

8.4 Returns for change of mind must be made within 7 days and require proof of purchase. Items must be unused and in resalable condition.

8.5 A 10% processing fee applies to change-of-mind returns.

8.6 Some items are ineligible for returns, including:

• Baby formula

• Medicines

• Vitamins and supplements

• Consumable products

• Fragrances

• Refrigerated products

8.7 Returns are accepted for faulty, unsafe, or misrepresented products.

8.8 Customers should contact customer service for return instructions, including providing photos for damaged items.
