For Daily Usage -

Remove Bath Bomb from pack & wrapping. fill bath with warm to hot water and drop (1) one Ultra Muscle Bath Bomb. For optimised recovery we recommend you soak for at least 30 minutes, and let the Ultra Muscle Bath Bomb fully dissolve in the bath.

For Sports Preparation, Performance & Recovery -

Add ATHELITE X ARMOUR LIQUID in conjunction with our Ultra Muscle Bath Bombs. Pour 2 caps full of ATHELITE X ARMOUR LIQUID and dissolve (1) Ultra Muscle Bath Bomb, mix together into a hot bath. Soak in bath for at least 30-40 minutes to obtain optimal recovery benefits.

For Shower Steamer Use -

Remove tablet from pack. Place the tablet on your shower floor and turn on the water stream. Breathe in deep and enjoy the benefits of our active ingredients.
