Not recommended for infants younger than six months. Steer clear of broken or injured skin and eyes. If irritation develops, rinse well with water, stop using right once, and, if necessary, seek medical attention.
Before going outside, apply to clean, dry skin and rub in for twenty minutes. It is recommended to apply about 35mL on an adult of average size. This is the same as applying one teaspoon of sunscreen on the front, back, arm, leg, and face (including the neck and ears).
On the skin that is still exposed, apply sunscreen. Refrain from spending too much time in the sun and never rely just on sunscreen to keep your family outside longer.
Reapply after swimming, perspiring, or towel drying, or every two hours.
