It’s formulated as an opaque off-white viscous cream, designed to treat inflamed fungal skin infections, soothing itching, redness, and discomfort.

Clotrimazole 1% Hydrocortisone 1% Crm

 

External use only. Avoid contact with the eyes, and do not apply to broken skin.

Not for use on acne, and do not cover treated areas with waterproof bandages or occlusive dressings—this can increase absorption and risk.

Children under 2 years old: Use only under medical advice due to higher absorption risk.

Avoid use on large body areas, for long durations (especially during pregnancy, notably the first trimester), or under occlusion, as prolonged corticosteroid exposure can lead to skin thinning, stretch marks, or HPA-axis suppression.

Some ingredients (like cetostearyl alcohol) may cause local skin reactions (e.g. contact dermatitis).

May reduce effectiveness of latex products, such as condoms or diaphragms, if applied to the genital area.

If symptoms persist or adverse skin reactions occur, stop using and consult a healthcare professional.

Clean and dry the affected area, then apply a thin, even layer twice daily (morning and evening), gently rubbing it in.

Continue use only until symptoms (inflammation, itching, redness) have subsided, and do not exceed 7 days, unless directed otherwise by your doctor.

Afterward, switch to an antifungal-only cream (such as clotrimazole alone) for about 14 more days to prevent recurrence .
