Each tablet contains:

Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) 25mg

Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 50mg

Copper (from Copper gluconate) 240micrograms

Manganese (from Manganese amino acid chelate) 1.25mg

Selenium ( from Selenomethionine) 15micrograms

Silicon (from Silicon Dioxide) 20mg

Zinc (from Zinc gluconate) 15mg

Biotin 2.7mg

Equisetum arvense dry stem extract 100mg, from 400mg dry stem (Horsetail)

Contains: No added gluten, lactose, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners, artificial preservatives, dairy products or animal-derived products.

Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. WARNING: Contains Zinc, which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period.
