PharmacyChoice Iron + C Tablets combine iron with vitamin C in a modified release formula designed to support healthy iron levels and assist in the management of dietary iron deficiency. Vitamin C helps enhance the absorption of iron, making this combination ideal for individuals with increased iron requirements or low iron levels. The modified release design helps minimise gastrointestinal side effects.

Each modified release tablet contains:  Ferrous Sulfate 325mg, equivalent to 105mg of elemental iron.  Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 500mg.

Do not take this product for more than 12 months expect on medical advice.

Adults: Take one tablet daily or as directed by physician.  Swallow the tablet whole, do not crus or chew.
