Liposomes are nano sized vesicles, constructed of a phospholipid bilayer and represent the latest technology in nutrient delivery. Vitamin C helps to reduce the duration of the common cold, provides nutritional support for healthy immune system function and assists in the absorption of dietary iron. Vitamin C helps to support connective tissue health, collagen formation and assists in the maintenance of wound healing. It is an antioxidant that helps to reduce free radical damage to body cells and assists in regenerating other antioxidants within the body.

Each 5mL dose (1 metric teaspoon) contains:

Sodium ascorbate 1.28g

equiv. vitamin C 1000mg

Always read what it says. Use only as directed.

Adults should take 5 mL (1 metric teaspoon) once a day or as directed by a doctor. Hold the liquid in your mouth between your cheek and gum for 30 to 120 seconds before you swallow. Taking it on an empty stomach at least 10 minutes before eating is best.

Children older than 4 years old: Give 2.5 mL once a day or as directed by a doctor. Hold the liquid in your mouth between your cheek and gum for 30 to 120 seconds before you swallow. Taking it on an empty stomach at least 10 minutes before eating is best.
