The natural vegetable sweetener used is glycerol, and it has a wildberry flavor with the addition of thaumatin. The fermentation process incorporates six strains of probiotics: Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Bifidobacterium lactis, and Saccharomyces cerevisiae (boulardii).
