Active Ingredients (per 62.5mL Ice Block): Glucose monohydrate 1g. Citric acid monohydrate 300mg. Sodium from Sodium chloride 61.5mg. Potassium from Potassium Citrate 50mg.
ALWAYS READ THE LABEL AND FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS FOR USE.
1. Put the frozen blocks of Hydralyte in the freezer. 2. When frozen, use sharp scissors to cut one end open. 3. Use the uncut end to push the frozen Hydralyte Ice Block. 4. Suck little by little till you're full. Although Hydralyte Ready to Use Solution is more practical as a drink, Hydralyte Ice Blocks can be ingested without being frozen.
