Inspired by the WHO-recommended oral rehydration solution and elevated with clean, functional ingredients, Hydrodol delivers more than your average sip:
High-dose magnesium (120–140mg per serve) to support energy, reduce fatigue, and aid muscle recovery.
Glucose (2.7g per serve) to assist rapid fluid absorption and electrolyte uptake.
Aquamin, a natural complex of 72 trace minerals from Icelandic seaweed.
