- Cyanocobalamin 1mcg Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid) 60mg.
- Vitamin H (Biotin) 150mcg.
- Folic Acid 200mcg.
- Magnesium (as magnesium carbonate and magnesium sulphate dihydrate) 100mg.
- Zinc (as zinc citrate trihydrate) 9.5mg.
- Calcium (as calcium carbonate and calcium pantothenate) 100mg.
- Guarana extract (equiv. to dry seed 120mg).
- Caffeine (including naturally occuring caffeine in guarana) 75mg.
