Evening Primrose Oil: 1.3g Equiv. Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA): 123.5mg

Adults: Take 1 to 3 soft capsules daily with meals. Children 6 to 12 years: Take 1 to 2 soft capsules daily, or squeeze into milk or juice. Or use as directed by a healthcare professional.
