Ginseng 4 Energy Gold is a supplement containing four types of ginseng: Korean, Siberian, American, and Indian (Withania). Korean Ginseng aids cognitive function and acts as an adaptogen to help the body manage stress, as per Western herbal medicine tradition. Korean Ginseng and Astragalus, per Chinese herbal medicine, strengthen the body's vital energy (Qi). Siberian Ginseng aids recovery and alleviates fatigue, following Western herbal medicine tradition. Withania, an Ayurvedic remedy, acts as a brain tonic, enhancing memory and cognition, while rejuvenating overall health. Ginseng 4 Energy Gold also supports a healthy immune system.

Contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation. Ginsengs have been shown to be potentially unsafe during pregnancy and should be avoided. No safety data currently exists regarding safety during breastfeeding.
