It contains acetic acid, lactic, citric and malic acids. It also contain pectin, trace minerals, potassium, beneficial bacteria and enzymes.
Melrose Apple Cider Vinegar Double Strength contains 8% acetic acid which is a higher acidity content than other Melrose vinegars. It can be used in numerous application where you require additional strength and more potent taste.
