With the maximum retail HP strength (6%), whiten your teeth without visiting the dentist to remove stains caused by common culprits like coffee and wine. 1. Open the packet, take a strip, and peel it from the backing.
2. Apply the upper strip along your gumline and fold behind your teeth; repeat with the lower strip. Leave on for 1–2 hours.
3. Peel off the strips to reveal gradually brighter results. For extra whitening, you can leave them on overnight (see pack notes).
