Foot Soak: A foot soak with bath salts is great for relieving sore feet, dry or cracked heels, toenail infections, and athlete s foot and can also be incredibly grounding if you ve been feeling frazzled or distracted. Simply fill a large bowl with enough warm water to reach your ankles and mix in cup of bath salts. Soak for 15-20 minutes while listening to some calming music, meditating, or focusing on your breathing.
