Dampen your face with lukewarm water, apply a small, pea-to-dime-sized amount of cleanser, and gently massage in circular motions for 30–60 seconds, paying attention to the T-zone. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm or cool water and pat dry with a clean towel. Use daily, morning and/or night.
