Double Benefits so far

I am on to my 5th bottle. By the 3rd bottle, my injured knee was no longer painful and now I am getting compliments on my skin. Will continue with this collagen.

I take this with my morning coffee. A couple of months after I started, I stopped experiencing pain in my knee where I had torn the meniscus and also found out about osteoarthritis. Though there is not evidence that collagen intake helps in building cartilage, my pain free experience is sufficient to make me a repeat customer.
