It is over double the strength of Lacteeze Extra Strength tablets. Double Strength caplets are specially formulated for adults with moderate to severe lactose intolerance. It temporarily increases the amount of lactase enzymes in the digestive system, so that the lactose in dairy can be digested naturally.
