Do not use for more than 3 days at a time unless under medical advice.
Not to be used for children under 6 years of age.
Use on children between 6 and 11 only under medical advice.
Do not swallow.
If congestion persists, consult your doctor or pharmacist. Frequent or prolonged use may cause nasal congestion to recur or worsen.
Adults and children 6 and over: 2-3 sprays in each nostril every 10-12 hours as required. Do not exceed 2 doses in 24 hours.
Remove cap and prime pump several times before first use.
Gently blow nose and then keeping head upright, hold the bottle firmly and insert into one nostril (close the other nostril with your finger). Depress the pump firmly and sniff deeply.
Replace the protective cap between uses.
Pump pack should only be used by one person.
