Active ingredient: Zingiber officinale (ginger) as root poweder 2.5g (2,500mg).

Do not use:

Adults: Take 1 capsule daily approximatley 30 minutes before travelling. Swallow whole with a large glass of water while standing.
If nausea returns repeat dose as required. Maximum 4 capsules per day.
Children 6-12 years: Same method as adult but recommend a maximum of 1 capsule per day
