Amazing powder for gut health as well. I recommend taking full scoop for 4 weeks to help gut inflammation along with the GI-Revive.

I take this in my coffee every morning for my bone health. It stirs in easily and is almost tasteless. A bit like adding a spoonful of milk powder. Highly recommended. It was easy to order and arrived promptly. Will buy again.
