Yes, it is vegan, soy free, dairy free, refined sugar free, artificial colours, flavours and additives free, ketogenic and low FODMAP. However, because it uses oat milk powder, it is not gluten free.
Why did you decide to use powdered oat milk? Oat milk powder contains no nasty fillers or additives found in other milk powder alternatives - it's the purest of all types of milk powder. This ingredient contains only oats.
Can I give this latte to my child? Sure! This product is suitable for all ages.
Is this latte suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women? Yes, of course! It is a functional food, so it can be safely consumed by pregnant and breastfeeding women.
Put one teaspoon into a cup, add about 100ml of your favorite hot milk or boiled water, and enjoy hot. Stir to dissolve, then add another 100ml of steamed or hot milk before enjoying.
