Met5Q™ contains levomefolate glucosamine, which is a form of L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (L-5-MTHF). It maintains folate levels in the body and helps prevent dietary folate deficiency. Met5Q™ supports healthy growth and development and may assist with maintaining a healthy pregnancy. Levomefolate glucosamine assists healthy red blood cell production and maintains healthy cardiovascular system function. It helps to reduce homocysteine levels in healthy individuals.
