Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
Skincare: Apply directly to the skin as a nourishing moisturiser as often as required.
Skin irritation: Apply liberally to affected areas of hard, dry or itchy skin.
Haircare: Apply by running your fingertips through damp hair, or apply directly onto dry ends. Massage into the scalp to help prevent hair loss.
Split ends: Apply to directly split ends and leave overnight, repeat 2-3 times per week.
Acne: Apply directly to the affected skin for a few weeks to help control the production of sebum and balance oily skin.
Dandruff: Massage the desired amount directly into your scalp and leave it on overnight, then wash your hair as usual. Repeat 2-3 times a week.
Mix 1 tsp with 3-5 drops of Rosemary Cineol and apply to slightly damp hair and scalp. Gently massage this blend into the affected area and leave on for at least 30 minutes or overnight for an intensive treatment. Rinse and shampoo hair. Repeat 2-3 a week until you notice an improvement.
