Key component: Linalyl acetate, Linalool, beta-Caryophyllene, 1,8-Cineol
Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
General skin healing: Apply 2-5 drops directly to the area.
Scalds, blisters, cuts and grazes: Apply 2-5 drops directly to the area or add to a warm wash of salty water and rinse.
Nerve pain: Apply 2-5 drops directly to the area. Repeat hourly.
Sleep and relaxation: Add 10 drops to your bath or diffuser or rub on the soles of your feet before sleep. Repeat as required. Use half dose for children 5 years old and over. Use Lavender Sweet for children under 5 years old. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.

Bruising: Apply 1-2 drops directly to the area, prior to discolouration if possible. Repeat for 3 days. This oil can also be blended 50/50 with Geranium as a first-aid preparation for all impact injuries and bruises.
