Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
Mental alertness: Add 5-6 drops to a diffuser. Dab 1-2 drops onto pulse points. Repeat as required. Avoid using after 3pm if you are a sensitive sleeper.
Digestion support - fatty food: Add 10 drops to a diffuser before and during meals especially if heavy.
Muscle tonic and recovery: Add 5 drops to 1 tsp of Untouched Body Hydration. Add 10 drops to an afternoon bath. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.
Dandruff: Mix 3-5 drops into 1 tsp of Argan Oil: Raw carrier oil and apply to slightly damp hair and scalp. Gently massage this blend into the affected area and leave on for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for an intensive treatment. Rinse and shampoo hair.
