Magnesium baths have traditionally been used in many ancient therapies around the world to:

Open the container and pour 1/2 a cup of flakes into a regular-sized bath or a tablespoon into a foot soak. For children, adapt the amount of flakes depending on their age and the amount of water being used (i.e. A baby bath should use approximately 1 tablespoon of flakes).
These flakes will dissolve immediately upon contact with water, so it is recommended thoroughly resealing the container after use.
