Before using, talk to your pharmacist or doctor if you:
- are pregnant or plan to become pregnant; - have or have ever had serious liver disease;
- are taking digoxin (a medicine used to treat heart problems), ketoconazole (a medicine used to treat fungal infections);
- are taking clopidogrel or warfarin;
- are taking digoxin, ketoconazole, clopidogrel, or warfarin;
- are taking clopidogre (medicines used to stop the blood clotting).
This medicine should only be used as directed to treat short-term, minor illnesses. If the symptoms don't go away or come back within two weeks of finishing the course, you should talk to a doctor or nurse.
Tell your pharmacist or doctor if you don't feel better after taking this pill or if your symptoms get worse. Keep to the suggested amount. If you think you or someone else has taken too much, call your doctor or the Poisons Information Centre (Australia 13 11 26) or go to the nearest hospital's emergency room.
Adults over the age of 18 take one tablet every day for at least 7 days and up to 14 days.
Take the tablet with a full glass of water. Don't chew or crush the pill.
