Do not use this medicine if you are taking other medications or liquid parafin, unless directed by a doctor.
Prolonged use not recommended.
If symptoms persist, please consult your doctor.
Adults and children over 12: take 1-2 tablets at night with water. Increase to 4 if needed.
Drink plenty of water and increase fibre in diet (if constipation not induced by other medications)
Do not administer to children under the age of 12.
