For Allergies and Sedation: Adults and children over 12 years can take 1-3 tablets as a single dose at night.
For Travel Sickness: Adults and children over 12 years should take 1 tablet the night before traveling and repeat after 6-8 hours the next day if necessary.
For Nausea and Vomiting: Adults and children over 12 years can take 1 tablet every 4-6 hours, up to a maximum daily dose of 4 tablets (100mg in total).
