Batiste Dry Shampoo is intended for external use on the hair only. Avoid contact with eyes, and do not ingest the product. The product is dispensed from an aerosol can under pressure. Do not puncture or incinerate the can, even when it's empty.
Start with dry, unwashed hair. Comb or brush your hair to remove any tangles or knots. Hold the can about 12 inches (30 centimeters) away from your hair. Part your hair in several places to expose the roots, which are often the oiliest part. Spray the dry shampoo directly onto the roots, focusing on the areas that need refreshment. Use short bursts of spray, rather than continuous spraying, to distribute the product evenly.
