Pyridoxal 5 phosphate (Vitamin B6): is an active form of B6 in the body, involved in the synthesis of several neurotransmitters, such as serotonin, GABA and dopamine.
Vitamin C: aids iron absorption and supports skin healing and healthy immune system function.
Natural mixed tocopherols (Vitamin E): are forms of vitamin E consisting of alpha, beta, gamma and delta tocopherol.
