This magnesium was recommended by my dietitian. Apparently, absorption is better with a powder rather than a tablet. Also, there are no additives which is a bonus. Pleasant tasting and I think it helps with anxiety and cramps. Great price at Michael'chemist.

It tastes great too, unlike many other magnesium powders.
