Ziziphus jujuba var spinosa (ziziphus)
extract dry conc. 250 mg equiv. dry seed 5 g
Valeriana officinalis (valerian)
extract dry conc. 300 mg equiv. dry root 1.2 g
Humulus lupulus (hops)
extract dry conc. 40 mg equiv. dry fruit 200 mg
Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
WARNING - In rare cases, valerian may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin / eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching.
