Ashwagandha, an adaptogen herb traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to relieve symptoms of stress and aid the body's adaptation to stress, is a component of BLACKMORES ASHWAGANDHA+. Additionally used in conventional Ayurvedic medicine to ease nervous tension and promote the body's natural stress response. Along with vitamins and minerals to support general health and wellbeing, BLACKMORES ASHWAGANDHA+ also contains B vitamins to support energy levels and relieve fatigue.
Dry conc. of Withania somnifera (ashwagandha) extract 150 mg, equivalent to 1.5 g (1500 mg) of dry root; standard to contain 4.5 mg of withanolides; 12.5 mg of thiamine nitrate (vitamin B1); 12.5 mg of riboflavin (vitamin B2); 25 mg of nicotinamide (vitamin B3); 37.5 mg of calcium pantothenate (pantothenic acid, vitamin B5 34.4 mg); 25 mg of pyridoxine hydrocholoride (pyridoxine, vitamin B6 20.6 mg); 25 microgram of cyanobalamin (vitamin B12); 75 mg of ascorbic acid (vitamin C); 37.5 microgram of biotin; 150 microgram of folic acid; 109 mg of heavy magnesium oxide (magnesium 62.5 mg); 30 mg of zinc amino acid chelate (zinc 6 mg).
