Contains ingredients traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine including Arnica montana to reduce symptoms of muscle injury & mild joint pain, menthol as an analgesic and methyl salicylate to reduce mild joint inflammation and swelling. Ruta graveolens is traditionally used in Homeopathic Medicine to relieve muscle cramps.
Each 1 g cream contains:
Arnica montana liquid extract 125mg
From dry flower 25mg
Menthol 60mg
Methyl salicylate 65mg
Magnesium chloride hexahydrate 169.5mg
equiv. Magnesium 20mg
Homeopathic Ruta graveolens 6C 2mg
If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
Do not use if breastfeeding, or pregnant or likely to become pregnant.
Do not use this product in children 6 years of age or less.
For external use only. Use on unbroken skin only. Avoid contact with eyes.
If you have sensitive skin, test this product on a small area of skin before applying it to a large area. If irritation develops, discontinue use.
Contains a high concentration of menthol, which can cause severe skin irritation.
Application to skin may increase sensitivity to sunlight. Avoid prolonged exposure in the sun.
Contains alcohol (ethanol 10.9% v/v), methyl salicylate, sorbates (potassium sorbate) and antimicrobial preservative imidurea.
Do not use if foil seal on tube opening is broken.
Adults Only: Apply a thin layer (approx. 1g) onto affected area and gently massage until absorbed into skin. Repeat 5 times daily. Wash hands immediately after use.
