Solid at room temperature, brellow becomes a liquid when heated and has a high smoke point which makes it great for frying.

Simply spoon brellow onto a hot surface, and wait for it to melt. Then cook. Use in the same way you would butter, tallow, ghee or lard.
It will last up to a month when stored at room temperature, but it’s shelf life can be extended to 2 years when stored in the fridge.
