Apply generously and evenly 15 to 20 minutes before going outside in the sun to all exposed areas. A teaspoon is required for each limb, one for the head, one for the back, and one for the front of the body.
Reapply every two hours, or more frequently if you perspire, swim, work out, or towel dry. Wear with sunglasses, protective clothes, and a hat.
