Paracetamol 500mg

Paracetamol is an analgesic that is thought to inhibit a pain-transmitting enzyme produced in the brain. Paracetamol works to relieve headaches and other body aches and pains. Paracetamol also helps reduce fever .

 

Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 5mg

Phenylephrine helps to relieve blocked and runny noses.

 

Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide Monohydrate 10mg

Dextromethorphan is used for the relief of a dry cough. It works by suppressing the cough reflex.

Before use always read the label and follow all manufacturers instructions and directions. Incorrect use could be harmful.

 

Unless a doctor has advised:

 

Do not use for more than a few days at a time.

Do not give this medicine to children over 12 years and adolescents for more than 48 hours.

Do not use if you have liver or kidney problems.

Not recommended during breastfeeding

Consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine:

 

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

If you have high blood pressure, heart problems.

If you are taking anti-depressant medication.

With other medicines intended to treat the symptoms of a common cold. 

Adults and children 12 years and over: 2 Capsules Every 4 to 6 hours as necessary.

Do not take more than 8 capsules in 24 hours.

 

When to Stop

Adults: after 3 days.

Children: after 48 hours except on medical advice.
