Use a spoolie brush to brush your eyebrows. Decide the eyebrow stencil you want to use. Apply the stencil firmly to your brow, making sure it follows your natural brow line and lines up with the widest area of your nose. Fill in the stencil with brow wax using a spoolie brush. Use a flat brush with a slant tip to fill in the stencil with brow powder. Take off the stencil and mix. To highlight and lift the eyes, sweep highlighter along the brow arch and mix it outward.
