Relieves the symptoms of minor fungal infections, promotes healing of cold sores and pimples and may also reduce scarring. It has been independently tested to show inhibition of Staph.aureous, a common skin bacteria that can cause skin infections on open wounds, and Candida Albicans, a common yeast that causes fungal skin infections in moist, warm areas of skin folds.
Propolis contains a mixture of flavonones, flavones, low phenolic acids, and their esters which have antiseptic, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, pain-relieving, antioxidant, antifungal and regenerative properties.
Manuka Oil has long been known for its natural healing, antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory properties, soothing skin irritations, reducing redness and inflammation, while also supporting skin renewal and rejuvenation with it's high antioxidant levels. It decreases the allergic response without increasing the inflammatory response, which is really useful for inflammatory skin conditions such as eczema and dermatitis, sun-damaged skin, and sensitive or irritated skin.
