Excellent product

I started taking this as recommended for rebuilding bone after an osteoporosis diagnosis. 8 months later my skin is firmer, my arthritis in knees has vastly improved, I have about 4cms of new hair growth all over my head and my hairdresser comments how full it feels. I will have another bone density test in 12 months which will hopefully be positive. You also won't find a better price online.

I bought this upon a friend’s recommendation for hair growth as she had seen results on a couple of friends and hers after the 4th bottle.

Dissolved easily in hot drinks and does not affect the taste of coffee, easy to drink. No strong smell or taste.

Have been taking this product for years because it’s designed for joint, bone and beauty rather than buying them separately. It’s hard to tell if your body is lack of certain vitamin or minerals but since we start to lose collagen in our 20s, I personally feel I need to take this supplement daily as a part of my diet.
