Tresos Activated B PluSe contains methylcobalamin and 5 MTHF and metabolically active forms of vitamins B2, B6, and B9 for enhanced bioavailability. As a result, Tresos helps to support energy production, offset stress and healthy immune response. The antioxidant helps reduce free radical damage to body cells. It helps convert carbohydrates, fat and protein into the energy. Supports energy production. Assists in healthy red blood cell production and health. Maintains healthy immune system function. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms of retinol equivalents (RE) for women and 900 micrograms of retinol equivalents for men.

This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for an adult of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.

When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects.

If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.

Contains vitamin B6. Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible.

Supplements may only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. Vitamin and mineral supplements are not a replacement for a healthy diet.
