Our Calm & Destress Blend has been specially formulated with Orange, Patchouli & Sandalwood essential oils to help ease the stresses of daily life, and bring calm to the mind and body.
Citrus aurantium dulcis (Orange) Oil, Citrus aurantium amara (Bitter Orange) Flower Oil, Pogostemon cablin (Patchouli) Oil, Fusanus spicatus Wood (Sandalwood) Oil.
Not to be taken. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner. Keep out of reach of children. Not recommended for use during pregnancy.
Diffuser: Add 6–8 drops of your chosen essential oil to your diffuser and let the aroma fill your space.
Quick fix: Inhale deeply from the bottle for a quick, calming reset, perfect for work, travel, or any time you need a moment to yourself.
Shower: Add 2–3 drops to the corner of your shower and let the steam release the therapeutic benefits of the oil.
Topically: Dilute 1 drop of essential oil with 5ml of carrier oil and apply to your wrists, chest, or the back of your neck.
Compress: Add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of water. Use cold or room temperature water for inflammation or cooling relief, and warm to hot water for sore, tight muscles. Soak a face washer in the water, wring out the excess, and apply to the affected area. Repeat 2–3 times as the compress cools or warms.
Steam Treatment: Add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of steaming hot water. Lean over the bowl with a towel over your head to trap the steam, and breathe deeply. Keep your eyes closed during the treatment and use caution to avoid burns or scalding.
