This restful blend of Lavender, Geranium, and Ylang Ylang calms the nervous system and creates a soothing atmosphere to naturally support a peaceful night’s sleep.
Lavandula angustifolia (lavender) oil, Pelargonium graveolens (geranium) oil, Cananga odorata (ylang ylang) oil.

Diffuser: Add 6–8 drops of your chosen essential oil to your diffuser and let the aroma fill your space.
Quick fix: Inhale deeply from the bottle for a quick, calming reset, perfect for work, travel, or any time you need a moment to yourself.
Shower: Add 2–3 drops to the corner of your shower and let the steam release the therapeutic benefits of the oil.
Topically: Dilute 1 drop of essential oil with 5ml of carrier oil and apply to your wrists, chest, or the back of your neck.
Compress: Add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of water. Use cold or room temperature water for inflammation or cooling relief, and warm to hot water for sore, tight muscles. Soak a face washer in the water, wring out the excess, and apply to the affected area. Repeat 2–3 times as the compress cools or warms.
