Citrus paradisi (grapefruit) peel oil, Cymbopogon schoenanthus (lemongrass) oil, Citrus aurantifolia (lime), Mentha arvensis (peppermint) oil.
Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
Diffuser: For adults and children 12 years and over. Use as required up to 6 times per day. By Inhalation: Add up to 6 drops (0.2 mL) to the water in your mist diffuser or apply 3 drops (0.1 mL) to a pillow or tissue and inhale.
