The ECO. Fight the Flu Aroma Trio contains:
Eucalyptus Essential Oil: with a fresh, woody, sweet scent, Eucalyptus Essential Oil is deep cleansing, reduces redness and irritation and helps treat colds & flu.
Sinus Clear Essential Oil Blend: a clearing blend of lemongrass, lime, grapefruit & peppermint to help treat the symptoms of hay fever, sinus, colds & flu.
Tea Tree Essential Oil: with its fresh and antiseptic scent, Tea Tree Essential Oil is wonderful for fighting infections and skin irritation.
Eucalyptus: Eucalyptus globulus (eucalyptus) oil.
Tea tree: Melaleuca alternifolia (tea tree) oil.
Sinus Clear: Citrus paradisi (grapefruit) peel oil, Cymbopogon schoenanthus (lemongrass) oil, Citrus aurantifolia (lime), Mentha arvensis (peppermint) oil.

Diffuser: Add 6–8 drops of your chosen essential oil to your diffuser and let the aroma fill your space.
Quick fix: Inhale deeply from the bottle for a quick, calming reset, perfect for work, travel, or any time you need a moment to yourself.
Shower: Add 2–3 drops to the corner of your shower and let the steam release the therapeutic benefits of the oil.
Topically: Dilute 1 drop of essential oil with 5ml of carrier oil and apply to your wrists, chest, or the back of your neck.
Compress: Add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of water. Use cold or room temperature water for inflammation or cooling relief, and warm to hot water for sore, tight muscles. Soak a face washer in the water, wring out the excess, and apply to the affected area. Repeat 2–3 times as the compress cools or warms.
Steam Treatment: Add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of steaming hot water. Lean over the bowl with a towel over your head to trap the steam, and breathe deeply. Keep your eyes closed during the treatment and use caution to avoid burns or scalding.
